Repetitive colds and Cell Salts

Repetitive colds and Cell Salts
Are these salts appropriate for a 3 year-old boy? Which one is the best for repetitive colds?
Answer:
Hi there -
Cell salts are appropriate for all ages - from infants to seniors.
The best book to have on hand is Natural Healing with Cell Salts.
I recommend having this book on hand along with the Set of 12 Cell Salts. This way you are prepared for numerous symptoms right in your own home.
Below is an excerpt from Dr Weintraub’s book:

Some other things to thin about with repetitive colds:
- Diet: is the child reacting to a food which is causing cold-like symptoms? Commonly dairy. Remove dairy for 2 weeks and see if cold symptoms disappear.
- Dust Mites: Is your child allergic to dust mites? Throw away current pillow and buy new one if quite old. Obtain a dust-mite cover for his mattress and pillow. This is especially important if you notice his cold symptoms worsen at night and get better when outside the home or on trips away from home.
- Air quality: Do you have forced-air heat? If so, consider getting your ducts cleaned and maintain quality filtration in your furnace. Turn heat off at night or at least direct the air away from his bed.
Obtain an air filter for his room. An effective and economical air filter is the Alen A350
- Consider a multivitamin for him if he does not have one. My 4 yr old son is quite picky and he enjoys the LiquiNutrients.
- Seasonal allergies may also mimic colds. If he is worse during the pollen season and outside during morning hours, it may be related to seasonal allergies. Another clue to seasonal allergies is he will itch his eyes and nose. Vitamin C, quercetin and a pure fish oil with high amounts of DHA and EPA are useful in reducing seasonal allergy symptoms.
